These terms govern your use of crudocuts.club (the "site"), operated by Crudo Cuts ("we," "us"). By using the site or joining our waitlist, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Pre-launch, and what the waitlist is not

Crudo Cuts is not yet operating. The site is informational. Joining the waitlist is a way to register interest. It is not a purchase, an order, a reservation, or a promise of future service, pricing, availability, or launch date, all of which may change or may not happen at all.

Not health or medical advice

The content on this site, including anything our founders share about their own diet and health, is personal experience and opinion only. It is not medical, health, or nutritional advice and is not a substitute for a licensed professional. Talk to your doctor before making changes to your diet.

Raw and undercooked foods

Crudo Cuts is about raw and lightly cooked beef and other raw preparations. Consuming raw or undercooked meat, poultry, seafood, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness, and that risk is higher for children, older adults, pregnant people, and anyone with a weakened immune system. You choose to consume raw foods at your own risk.

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.
